The Acampora family’s adventure began in 1977, when Gabriele, following the earthquake, moved with his family from Gemona and transformed the “Rosa” rotisserie into the restaurant and pizzeria ‘O Sole Mio.

In 1977, Gabriele Acampora moved with his family from Gemona and transformed the “Rosa” rotisserie into the restaurant and pizzeria ‘O Sole Mio, beginning a story built on passion for cooking and love for tradition. Over time, the restaurant was passed down to his son Bartolo, who, together with his wife Angela, renovated the space and further enhanced the quality of the ingredients, all while keeping the authentic spirit of the restaurant alive.

Today, with the commitment of the third generation, represented by their son Gabriele, ‘O Sole Mio continues to evolve without forgetting its roots. Every dish tells the story of the Acampora family, blending tradition and innovation to offer a genuine and unforgettable culinary experience.
